About Datafantic

Datafantic uses data to tell stories to help us understand the world around us. The blog is a combination of data-driven stories and data science tutorials to answer questions about the world of today.

I'm Robert Ritz, I created Datafantic. A decade ago, I moved away from the United States. I still visit frequently, but I've found myself with a feeling that I'm losing touch with the land of my birth.

This blog is a response to that feeling.

Each week I tackle a new question and aim to answer it (at least partially) by following the data. The code, data, and notes used to create the posts on Datafantic will always be shared with readers.

You can follow Datafantic via email, Twitter, or even trusty RSS.
